Process for Couture Orders ( Silk Boxes)
When considering our custom couture invitations please keep in mind that you should be ordering at least 6 months prior to the event date. In some instances we may be able to expedite an order for an additional fee.
~ We offer free consultations by phone or in person if you live in Martin or Palm Beach County (Florida). We will discuss your vision for your invitation and select accessories you wish to include (i.e silk box, silk folio, silk pouch, ribbon , jeweled accessories, etc.). If it is agreed that you would like me to design an invitation for you a $175 non-refundable design fee is required. This will be credited to your final invoice.
~ A minimum of 50 invitations is required. Coordinating place cards, menu cards, and table cards are also available . Pricing will be determined based on your project.
~ After the consultation I will design an invitation based on your vision and the deatails that you have provided. A digital proof of the design and text layout will be available 3-5 days after the consultation. Remember the proof is only the design and text layout, not a completed sample. Once the layout, text, printing method and the accessories have been finalized , we will send the pricing information and an approval. We allow two revisions for minor changes, that is included in the design fee. Any changes requested after that will be billed an additional $75 an hour. Prior to poduction we will require a 50% deposit.
The balance will be due 3 days prior to delivery of your invitations. Keep in mind the production process takes 6-8 or 10-12 weeks depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.
~ Payment methods - Paypal.
~ Returns or cancellations - due to the personalization of each project, All sales are final.
~ Printing methods available - laser, offset and thermography. For addressing envelopes we only offer computer calligraphy at this time.
Process for Non-Couture Custom Orders
~ A non-refundable $75 design fee is required if we are designing a new customized invitation for you ( will be applied to your final bill) If you are choosing an existing design and modifying it there is no design fee.
~ Non Couture orders require 2-3 week production time depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.
